Shipping & Delivery
Elwood currently delivers to Australian & New Zealand locations only.
All online orders are shipped during business days and hours via Australia Post eParcel traceable service, from our Melbourne warehouse. We do not despatch orders on Saturday's or Sundays. Order cut off's occur at 12 midday each business day. Orders placed after 12 midday will be despatched from our warehouse the next business day. Orders are delivered within approximately 1-6+ business days depending on what Australian state the order is being delivered to.

You can also visit this Australia Post website to estimate a delivery date for an order https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-times.html. Simply enter "3012" in the "From" field and your desired delivery postcode location in the "To" field and then enter the day you wish to make the order in the "When" field, and then click "Estimate". The page will then display the estimated delivery date(s) for Standard post service in the red section on your screen.
Australia Post estimates that deliveries to New Zealand via the Pack & Track International service will take between 3 - 10 business days.
Free Shipping & Costs
Members receive Free Standard Shipping automatically when they checkout via the Login method. Customers who 'Register' during the checkout process will also receive Free standard shipping. Customers using the 'Checkout as Guest' method will be charged a flat rate of $8 per order for standard shipping.
All New Zealand orders have a flat rate shipping price of $15

A 'Despatch Notification' email will be sent to your email when your order has been despatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Included in this email will be your 'consignment number' and instructions on how you can track and view the delivery status of your order.
Alternatively you can go to the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your consignment number in the box shown and click "search".
Elwood members website accounts will also be updated with the tracking number once the order has been despatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
You will be required to sign for your order once it is delivered to the address you have specified. If no one is present at the address when Australia Post attempts to deliver the package they will leave a calling card in the letter box or at the reception of your work place and make the package available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.
Out of Stock Items
If a particular item in your order is out of stock you will be notified via email or phone within 1 business day. In some instances, orders with multiple items may be part shipped from different locations if stock is not available at our central warehouse. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made.
