Shipping & Delivery
Elwood currently delivers to Australian locations only.
All online orders are shipped during business days and hours via Australia Post eParcel traceable service, from our Melbourne warehouse. Order cut off's occur at 12 midday each business day. Orders placed after 12 midday will be despatched from our warehouse the next business day. Orders are delivered within approximately 1-6+ business days depending on what Australian state the order is being delivered to.
Below are Australia Post estimated delivery times to each state:
Backstager members receive Free Standard Shipping automatically when they checkout via the Login method. Customers using the 'Register' checkout method will also receive Free shipping.
Customers using the 'Checkout as Guest' method will be charged a flat rate of $8 per order for standard shipping.
A 'Despatch Notification' email will be sent to your email when your order has been despatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Included in this email will be your 'consignment number' and instructions on how you can track and view the delivery status of your order.
Alternatively you can go to the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your consignment number in the box shown and click "search".
Elwood Backstager members website accounts will also be updated with the tracking number once the order has been despatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
You will be required to sign for your order once it is delivered to the address you have specified. If no one is present at the address when Australia Post attempts to deliver the package they will leave a calling card in the letter box or at reception of your work place and make the package available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.
Out of Stock Items
If a particular item in your order is out of stock you will be notified via email or phone within 1 business day. The delivery times provided above are estimates provided by Australia Post. Elwood will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In some instances, multiple item orders may be part shipped and delivered where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made.
