RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Elwood makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are not completely happy with any item you purchased, please return it within 21 days of receipt and we will provide you with either an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be unworn (apart from initially trying on the garment) and in the same condition as when they were purchased, which includes any packaging and garment tags that were attached to the garment. Elwood cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
Returning Online Purchases
If you wish to return any item(s) simply follow the instructions on your Return Form that is enclosed within your order. If you have lost this form please send the items back to the following address together with a copy of your order confirmation.

We recommend you use registered mail as items sent via other methods are at risk of being lost. Elwood is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Please allow between 1-4 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited or items to be exchanged. Customers will be responsible to pay return postage charges associated with returning their items to back to Elwood.
Returning Online purchases to Elwood Stores
You can return any item purchased Online to any one of our Elwood Retail stores within 21 days of receipt of your order. Returns to stores must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase receipt or order confirmation. If a refund or an exchange transaction is necessary this will be made using a credit card only.
